Yes, you can buy wine in supermarkets and grocery stores. It is also sold in special alcohol shops.
5. In some countries many people are starting to make wine at home. Why do you think this is
becoming such a popular hobby nowadays?
It is becoming popular because people like new hobbies, and they enjoy making something at home and trying different tastes.
